Thanks to the hard work and efforts of the entire team at the Hubbard VFW Post 3767, our local Veterans have been recognized as an All-State Post for 2019-2020.
"It takes the whole team working hard and coming together to meet the criteria for this achievement," said Commander Jesse Regan. He mentioned that it is not an easy challenge, especially with a first year Commander and first year Quartermaster, however, their team made it happen.
Regan gave thanks to Past Post Commander Jonathan "JP" O'Brien, Quartermaster Randy Velez, and current Senior Vice Commander, Patrick Witt. "Without your efforts, we would not have made All-State. Thank you all for your hard work, time, and dedication to serving Veterans. I am proud to call our Post home and to be a part of this family," said Regan.
He also extended special thanks to Post Chaplain Tony Kavalesky, affectionately known as "Father Tony" around the Post. Regan added that Tony works with the Hubbard community, Post members and their families, and often during the loss of a loved one. "He is a vital part of our team and family at the Post," said Regan, adding that his efforts directly contributed to the Post's All-State Award for 2019-2020.
